In Voizee, adding representatives is essential for managing calls and ensuring that your team can efficiently handle incoming inquiries. Representatives are the individuals responsible for answering calls and providing support or information to your customers. By assigning representatives to specific projects, you can streamline your communication process and enhance customer service.
How to Add a Representative
Follow these steps to add a representative in the Voizee Virtual Phone System:

Log in to Your Voizee Account:
- Access your Voizee account using your credentials.

Navigate to Settings:
- On the left menu bar, click on Settings.

Access the Virtual Phone System:
- Click on Virtual Phone System and then select the Representatives menu.

Add a Representative:
- Click Add Representative button.
- Select the Project: Choose the project under which you want to add the representative.
- Fill in the Representative’s Details:
- Name: Enter the representative’s full name.
- Phone Number: Input the phone number where the representative can be reached.
- Click the Save button to finalize the addition of the representative.
By following these steps, you can easily add representatives to your Voizee Virtual Phone System, ensuring that all calls are routed to the appropriate team members.
