Configuring call flows in Voizee allows you to manage how incoming calls are directed within your organization. This functionality ensures that calls are routed efficiently to the appropriate team members or departments, ultimately enhancing communication and customer satisfaction.

How to Configure Call Flows

Follow these steps to set up call flows in the Voizee Virtual Phone System:

  1. Log in to Your Voizee Account:

    • Start by accessing your Voizee account using your login credentials.
  2. Navigate to Settings:

    • On the left menu bar, click on Settings.
  3. Access the Virtual Phone System:

    • Click on Virtual Phone System, then select the Call Flows menu.
  4. Configure Call Flow:

    • In the Add Rule section, choose the desired option for routing calls.
    • Click the Add Rule button.
    • Fill in all required fields with the necessary information regarding how you want the calls to be handled.
    • We recommend naming your Call Flow Rule so you can easily identify it later.
    • Click the Save button to save your settings.
    • Select the rule you created from the Initial Rule column next to the Business Number to apply it.
