In short: Creating a Voizee account takes just a few minutes. Once registered, connect your phone number, choose a plan, and set up the modules you need.
Step 1 — Create your account
- Go to app.voizee.com/user/register.
- Enter your First Name, Last Name, Email Address, and Phone Number.
- Create a secure password.
- Accept the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
- Click Create Account.
Step 2 — Verify your email
- Check your inbox for a verification email from Voizee.
- Click the verification link to confirm your email address.
Note: If you don’t see the email, check your spam or junk folder.
Step 3 — Choose a plan
After verifying your email, log in and select a plan that fits your business needs. See How to Choose a Pricing Plan for guidance.
Step 4 — Choose your phone number
Select a local or toll-free number for your account under Settings → Numbers. See Choosing Your Phone Numbers for details.
Step 5 — Configure your modules
Set up the communication channels you plan to use. See Configuring Voizee Modules for a full walkthrough. Common starting points:
- Website Widget — add the widget to your website to capture leads via callback, chat, and SMS
- Business Texting — set up two-way SMS and mass SMS campaigns. If you plan to send SMS to US numbers, A2P 10DLC registration is required before you can send messages. See Prepare Your Website for A2P Registration to get started.
- Virtual Phone System — configure call flows, forwarding, and voicemail
