How to Connect Your Voizee Account with AWS

In this article, we’ll walk you through the steps to connect your Voizee account with your AWS account.

To send Mass Email Campaigns through Voizee, you need to integrate with Amazon Simple Email Service (SES) — a trusted cloud-based email delivery service that ensures high deliverability and compliance. This integration allows Voizee to send large volumes of emails on your behalf using your own verified AWS account. You’ll also need an email template builder like Stripo Email to create and export professional HTML email templates, which can then be uploaded and sent through Voizee’s campaign tools.

✅ Step 1: Set Up an AWS Account

If you haven’t already, create your AWS account here.

Once your account is created, you’ll need to create a new IAM user.

👤 Step 2: Create a User in AWS

1. Go to the IAM (Identity and Access Management) section in your AWS Console.

2. Click Users > Add users.

3. Choose any user name (e.g., “Voizee”) and click Next.

🔐 Step 3: Assign Permissions

1. On the “Set permissions” page, choose Attach policies directly.

2. In the search bar, type AmazonSESFullAccess.

3. Check the box next to it, then click Next.

📄 Step 4: Review and Create User

You don’t need to make any changes on the “Review and create” page. Just scroll down and click Create user.

🔑 Step 5: Generate Access Keys

1. After the user is created, go back to the Users page and click on the user you just created.

2. Navigate to the Security credentials tab.

3. Scroll to the Access keys section and click Create access key.

⚙️ Step 6: Choose Access Use Case

1. Select Application running outside AWS.

2. Click Next.

🏷️ Step 7: Create Keys

1. You can skip the “Set description tag” page.

2. Click Create access key.

3. Copy both the Access key and Secret access key.

🔗 Step 8: Connect to Voizee

1. Log in to your Voizee account.

2. From the left menu, navigate to:
   Settings > Organization > Integrations > AWS

3. Paste your Access key and Secret access key into the appropriate fields.

4. Select your SES region.

5. Click Save.

✅ Your AWS account is now successfully connected to Voizee!
