Managing leads effectively is crucial for any business, and Voizee provides robust tools to help you organize, categorize, and utilize lead information efficiently. This article will guide you through the steps to manage leads within the Voizee platform.

Accessing Your Leads

To find and manage your leads, navigate to the Left Menu and select Leads. This section is where all the information about your customers is organized and categorized based on specific criteria.

All Leads

In the All Leads section, you can:

  • Search for Leads: Use the search box to quickly find specific leads.
  • Filter Leads: Apply filters using Tags or Segments to narrow down your leads.
  • Add a New Lead: Click on the button to create and add new lead information to your database.

Segments

Segments allow you to group your leads based on ‘AND’ and ‘OR’ conditions. This feature is particularly useful for narrowing down your leads database using specific criteria. For instance, you can segment leads by age or the date they were added to your database.

You can view All Segments or create a New Segment as needed.

Importing Leads

The New Import section enables you to add leads to Voizee using various import options, saving you time and effort. You can upload leads through:

  • Copy and Paste: Quickly add leads by copying from another source.
  • Excel File Upload: Import leads in bulk using an Excel spreadsheet.
  • TXT File Upload: Upload lead information from a text file.
  • Entering Records Manually: Input leads one by one directly into the system.

During the import process, you can also assign tags to the leads for better organization.

The Lead Imports section provides a log of all completed imports, allowing you to track and manage your lead addition history.

Options

The Options section contains three key areas for lead management:

  1. Tags: Tags are essential for grouping leads and coordinating SMS campaigns. They help in identifying and organizing leads based on specific characteristics or campaigns.

  2. Custom Fields: You can add custom fields to your leads using the following field types:

    • Text
    • Number
    • URL
    • Date
  3. Lead Statuses: This feature allows you to assign statuses (labels) to your leads and color-code them. Lead statuses can reflect different stages in your sales or support cycles, making it easier to manage and prioritize your leads.
