Selecting Your Time Zone

In order to accommodate Voizee customers who operate across the U.S. and internationally, you have the ability to set your preferred time zone within the system. This ensures that all time-related information is displayed accurately for your specific location. Follow these simple steps to select your time zone:

How to Set Your Time Zone

  1. Log in to Voizee.
  2. Navigate to Your Profile:
    From the left menu, go to Settings > Personal > Profile.
  3. Update Your Information:
    In the profile settings, you can update the following:
    • Time Zone: Select your preferred time zone.
    • Time Format: Choose how you’d like time to be displayed (12-hour or 24-hour format).
    • Date Format: Select your preferred date format.
  4. Save Your Changes:
    After updating your information, click the “Save” button.

Importance of Time Zone Settings

Your selected time zone will be reflected throughout the Voizee platform. This includes timestamps on your dashboards, message logs, and any other records where time values are displayed. Ensuring your time zone is set correctly helps you keep track of important communications and activities, enhancing your overall experience with Voizee.
