Go to Conversations > 2-Way SMS, look for the light bulb icon next to the text entry field, and click on it to wordsmith your messages and review AI recommendations.
AI Autoresponder
Navigate to Settings > Virtual Phone System > Call Flows, select the Interactive Voice AI Bot option, click the Add Rule button, provide your bot with instructions, and click Save.
