How to setup 2-Way Texting

Prerequisites:

Before you begin using 2-Way SMS, there are a few essential prerequisites:

1. Select a Phone Number: This step is straightforward.
2. Complete A2P 10DLC Business Registration: Typically takes 2-3 weeks.
3. Complete SMS Campaign Registration: Usually completed within 1-2 weeks.

How to start using 2-Way Texting in Voizee:

1. Login to your Voziee account
2. Navigate to Products & Settings on the left menu bar.
3. Select the 2-way SMS menu.
4. Click Business Numbers on the submenu.
5. Click Select a Number button and choose the phone number that works best for your location and area code
6. Complete A2P 10DLC Business Registration using this form
7. Wait until the registration is complete and you receive a confirmation email from Voizee team (it usually takes 2-3 weeks, due to the high volume of requests)
8. Once your A2P 10DLC registration is complete, go to 2-way SMS / Business Numbers and click on Enable button next to the number that you are registered
9. Click on the message icon next to the phone number and start communicating with your customers using 2-way SMS
