How to setup Virtual Phone System

 

Instructions:

  1. Login to your Voizee account.
  2. Navigate to Products & Settings on the left menu bar.
  3. Click on the Virtual Phone System and select the Business Number menu.
  4. Add a Project:
    1. Navigate to Virtual Phone System / Business Numbers
    2. Click on the Enable VPS button
    3. Type your Project Name and click Save button
  5. Add Representatives:
    1. Navigate to Virtual Phone System / Representatives
    2. Select the Project, fill in the representative’s Name and Phone number, and click the Save button
  6. Add Groups:
    1. Navigate to Virtual Phone System / Groups
    2. Click Add Group button
    3. Select the Project
    4. Create a Group Name (e.g. Customer Service, Sales, Billing) and click Save button
    5. Click edit button (pencil) and click on Add Representative to the Group button
  7. Add Voice Mailboxes:
    1. Navigate to Virtual Phone System / Voice Mailboxes
    2. Select Project Name
    3. Create a Voice mailbox name
    4. Select voicemail delivery type
    5. Provide an email address
    6. Select SMS notification option
    7. Click Save button
  8. Add Greetings:
    1. Navigate to Virtual Phone System / Greetings
    2. Click Add Greeting button
    3. Select the Project Name
    4. Create a Greeting name
    5. Select Greeting type
    6. Select Greeting language
    7. Type Text to speech info
    8. Select Text to speech voice
    9. Click Save button
  9. Configure Call Flows:
    1. Navigate to Virtual Phone System / Call Flows
    2. Select the option under Add Rule section and click Add Rule button
    3. Input information into all required fields and click Save button
    4. Select the rule from the Initial Rule column next to the Business Number
