How to Send a Mass Email Campaign Using Voizee

In this article, we’ll guide you through the steps to launch a Mass Email Campaign through your Voizee account. This feature allows you to send beautifully designed HTML email messages to a large audience using your connected Amazon SES account.

🪄 Step 1: Prepare Your Email Template

We recommend using a professional template builder like Stripo Email.

  1. Design your email campaign using Stripo or another HTML editor.

  2. Export the HTML version of your template.

  3. Save the file or copy the HTML code to use in Voizee.


📝 Step 2: Go to Email Campaigns

  1. Log in to your Voizee account.

  2. From the left menu, navigate to:
    Campaigns > Email Campaigns

  3. Click the “Create New Campaign” button.


✍️ Step 3: Fill in Campaign Details

  1. Name your campaign (this is for internal use only).

  2. Paste or upload your HTML email template.

  3. Add a subject line, sender name, and reply-to email address.


🎯 Step 4: Select Your Recipients

You can choose recipients using:

  • Segments (filter leads by specific conditions)

  • Tags (e.g., “donors,” “newsletter”)

  • Or manually search and select individual contacts.


⏰ Step 5: Schedule or Send

You can:

  • Send the email immediately

  • Schedule it for later

  • Set it to recur on a regular basis (e.g., weekly newsletter)

Review your campaign settings, and when you’re ready, click Send or Schedule.
