Personalize Your Campaigns with Contact Info
Voizee now allows you to personalize your SMS campaigns using dynamic variables that pull directly from your lead database, including custom fields. This feature helps you create more engaging, relevant messages for your contacts, increasing open rates and response rates.
How to Use Dynamic Variables
Basic Variables
You can insert standard contact information into your messages using these variables:

{{lead.firstName}}

{{lead.lastName}}

{{lead.phone}}

{{lead.email}}
Example:
“Hi {{lead.firstName}}, we have an exclusive offer for you!”
Custom Fields
You can also use your custom fields to personalize messages further. Use the variable format:
{{lead.YourFieldName}}
Note: Field names are case-sensitive.
Examples:

{{lead.Date of birth}}

{{lead.Company name}}

{{lead.Job title}}
Fallbacks (Optional)
To ensure your message stays professional even when data is missing, you can add a default fallback value:

{{lead.firstName|Dear customer}}
Example message: “Hello {{lead.firstName|Dear customer}}, your appointment is tomorrow.”
Fallbacks also work with custom fields:
