Voizee’s Softphone feature lets you manage your calls directly within your Voizee dashboard, providing seamless calling alongside your SMS campaigns and lead management in one unified platform. There is no need for additional applications or devices, keeping your workflow simple and organized.
Calling
You can initiate calls directly from any dashboard or lead record in Voizee by clicking the phone icon next to a contact’s number. This enables you to quickly follow up with leads or customers without leaving Voizee.
Call Recording
Voizee’s Softphone supports call recording (if enabled in your account), allowing you to capture conversations for quality assurance, training, or compliance purposes. Recordings are stored securely within Voizee and can be accessed from your call logs.
Use Your Microphone and Speakers
To use the Softphone, you simply need a computer with a microphone and speakers (or a headset for clearer audio). Voizee will prompt you for browser permission to access your microphone during your first call.
