Steps:

1. Go to Leads > Validate Numbers

2. Click the Validate Numbers button

Each phone number will be validated and categorized. The results will appear in the Phone Type column in your Leads module as one of the following:

• mobile ✅

• nonFixedVoip ⛔

• tollFree ⛔

• undefined ❓

• Not validated ⚠️

📊 How to Create a Mobile-Only Segment

After validating your phone numbers, use Segments to group only the leads that have a mobile number.

🔧 To create a mobile-only segment:

1. Navigate to Leads > New Segment

2. Add the condition:
   Phone Type = mobile

You can refine your segments even further by combining additional conditions using AND or OR logic.

Example Segment Conditions:

• Phone Type = mobile
  AND City = Dallas

• Phone Type = mobile
  AND State = CA

• Phone Type = mobile

• Phone Type = mobile
  AND Lead Status = Warm
  OR Lead Status = Hot

• Target mobile leads in specific regions

Once saved, your segment will appear as an option during SMS campaign setup—making it easy to send messages only to high-quality, validated mobile numbers.
