Adding a voice mailbox in Voizee allows you to manage and organize incoming messages efficiently. This feature ensures that no important calls are missed and that all voicemail messages are delivered in a timely manner.

How to Add a Voice Mailbox

Follow these steps to add a voice mailbox in the Voizee Virtual Phone System:

1. Log in to Your Voizee Account:

   • Access your Voizee account using your credentials.

2. Navigate to Settings:

   • On the left menu bar, click on Settings.

3. Access the Virtual Phone System:

   • Click on Virtual Phone System and then select the Voice Mailboxes menu.

4. Add Voice Mailbox:

   • Click the Add Voice Mailbox button.
   • Select Project Name: Choose the project associated with this voice mailbox.
   • Create a Voice Mailbox Name: Enter a distinctive name for the voice mailbox.
   • Select Voicemail Delivery Type: Choose how you want the voicemails to be delivered (e.g., email, SMS).
   • Provide an Email Address: Enter the email address where the voicemails should be sent.
   • Select SMS Notification Option: Choose whether you want to receive SMS notifications for new voicemails.
   • Click the Save button to finalize the setup.
