Voizee Workflows – Automate Your Communication and Follow-Ups

The Workflows feature in Voizee helps you automate your business processes by scheduling SMS and email drip campaigns, setting follow-up reminders, and creating condition-based actions. This powerful automation tool ensures consistent communication, improves engagement, and saves time by reducing repetitive manual tasks.

What Workflows Do

Workflows let you create automated sequences of text messages and emails triggered by specific actions — such as a contact filling out a form, joining your mailing list, or sending a keyword to your Voizee number.

How to Use Workflows

  1. Create Message Templates
    Before creating a workflow, prepare your SMS or email templates (e.g., Message Day 1, Day 2, Day 3).

    • Go to Campaigns > SMS Templates or Campaigns > Email Templates.

    • Create and save each message you’ll use in your sequence.

  2. Create Your Workflow

    • Navigate to Campaigns > Workflows.

    • Click Create New Workflow.

    • Choose whether it’s an SMS or Email workflow.

    • Give your workflow a descriptive name.

    • Select a trigger condition (e.g., when a tag is added or removed).

  3. Build Your Sequence

    • Each workflow includes a Start and End object.

    • Add as many Conditions and Actions as needed between them.

    • Use a Wait Node if you want to delay the next message (e.g., wait 1 or 2 days).

    • Make sure every object (box) is connected to the End node.

  4. Review and Launch

    • Double-check that all nodes are properly connected.

    • Click Save in the upper right corner.

    • Start your workflow by clicking the rocket icon (Start Workflow)

Monitor Workflow Performance

  • Click the Analytics icon once your workflow is active.

  • Monitor how many contacts have started, are in progress, or completed the workflow.
