In Voizee, greetings play a vital role in enhancing the caller experience and ensuring effective communication. Greetings are pre-recorded messages that can be played when a call is answered, providing callers with important information, instructions, or a welcoming tone. Setting up personalized greetings for different projects or departments helps create a professional image and improves overall customer interaction.
How to Set Up Greetings in Voizee
Follow these steps to set up greetings in the Voizee Virtual Phone System:

Log in to Your Voizee Account:
- Access your Voizee account using your credentials.

Navigate to Settings:
- On the left menu bar, click on Settings.

Access the Virtual Phone System:
- Click on Virtual Phone System and then select the Greetings menu.

Add a Greeting:
- Navigate to Virtual Phone System > Greetings.
- Click the Add Greeting button.

Select the Project Name:
- Choose the appropriate Project Name for which you are creating the greeting.

Create a Greeting Name:
- Enter a distinctive name for your greeting to easily identify it later.

Select Greeting Type:
- Choose the type of greeting you want to create. This could be a standard greeting, holiday message, or any other specific greeting type.

Select Greeting Language:
- Choose the language for your greeting to ensure it aligns with your audience’s preferences.

Input Text-to-Speech Information:
- Type the text that you want to be converted to speech for your greeting.

Select Text-to-Speech Voice:
- Choose the desired voice for the text-to-speech feature.

Click the Save Button:
- After completing all the required fields, click the Save button to store your greeting.
