In Voizee, you can select your business numbers and assign them project names to better organize your communication system. Project names help differentiate multiple phone numbers, allowing you to manage them effectively. For instance, you can label your numbers as “West Office,” “East Office,” “Company A,” or “Company B.”
How to Select a Phone Number and Assign a Project Name
Follow these steps to select a phone number and assign a project name in Voizee:

Log in to Your Voizee Account:
- Access your Voizee account using your credentials.

Navigate to Settings:
- On the left menu bar, click on Settings.

Access the Virtual Phone System:
- Click on Virtual Phone System and then select the Business Numbers menu.

Add a Project:
- Navigate to Virtual Phone System > Business Numbers.
- Click on the Enable VPS button.
- Type your desired Project Name (e.g., West Office, East Office).
- Click the Save button.
