Mass SMS allows you to send bulk text messages to a large group of contacts at once, making it an effective tool for marketing campaigns, announcements, or important updates. With Voizee, you can reach your audience quickly and efficiently.
How to Send an SMS Campaign
Step 1: Import Contacts
Before sending your first campaign, ensure that you have imported your contacts or added them manually.
- Navigate to Leads > New Import or add a lead manually using the plus button in the lower right corner.
Step 2: Navigate to the SMS Campaigns Menu
- From the left menu, go to Campaigns > SMS Campaigns.
Step 3: Create an SMS Campaign
- Click on the “Create SMS Campaign” button.
Step 4: Fill in Campaign Details
You will be prompted to fill in the following details for your campaign:
- Campaign Name: Enter a distinctive name for easy identification.
- Light Bulb Symbol: Use the AI Texting Assistant to help compose or wordsmith your message.
- Test Message: Write your text message here or push from the AI Texting Assistant.
- Send As: Select the phone number from which this campaign should be sent.
- Search Recipients By Segments: Enter the segment name to pull the list of contacts for this campaign (please note that segments should be created prior to the campaign from Leads / Segments).
- Search Recipients By Tag: Enter the tag name to pull the list of contacts for this campaign (please note that tags should be created prior to the campaign from Leads / Tags).
- Search Recipients By Phone or Name: Add recipients one by one by searching for their name or phone number.
- Assign Tags: Distinguish this campaign for reporting and analytics.
Step 5: Choose Sending Options
Select how you want to send the campaign:
- Send On: Choose to send it immediately, schedule it for a future time, or set it up for recurring delivery.
Step 6: Action Buttons
- Save Draft: Save your progress and come back later.
- Cancel: Discard your campaign.
- Send: Finalize and send your campaign.
