AI Lead Score

AI FEATURES

In short: The AI Lead Score rates each lead Hot, Warm, or Cold and shows the reasons behind it, right on the lead card, so your team knows who to work first.

What it is

The AI Lead Score reads a lead’s full history — messages, calls, and activity — and turns it into a single, easy-to-read rating. It’s explainable: expand the score to see the factors that drove it, so the rating is something you can trust and act on, not a black box.

How the rating reads

Every lead gets an overall numeric score (0–100) and a label shown as a colored

badge next to the lead’s name:

  • Hot — strong signals; prioritize now.
  • Warm — worth working; keep nurturing.
  • Cold — low signal right now.

The score is built from weighted factors, each rated and combined into the

total. Typical factors include:

  • Intent / urgency — how clearly the lead has expressed a real need and timeframe.
  • Engagement / responsiveness — whether and how readily they reply.
  • Recency of contact — how fresh the latest interaction is.
  • Deal stage progress — how far along the relationship is.
  • Budget / fit — evidence they can afford and match what you offer.
  • Decision authority — signs they can actually make the decision.

Because each factor is shown in the breakdown, you can see *why* a lead is Hot or Cold at a glance.

Why use it

  • Call the right leads first instead of guessing.
  • Explainable — the factors tell you *why*, so reps trust it.
  • Always current — the score reflects the latest activity on the lead.
  • Better with more data — the richer the lead’s history, the sharper the score.

Before you start

  • The more complete the lead’s history (calls, texts, chat, tags), the better the score. AI Call Transcription Analysis helps keep that history rich.

Where to find it

How it works

When you open a lead, the AI reviews the lead’s timeline, rates each factor, and combines them into the overall Hot / Warm / Cold score. The rating updates as the lead’s history changes, so it stays in step with the latest activity.

Tips & best practices

  • Prioritize by score to focus your team’s day.
  • Read the factors, not just the label — they tell you what the lead needs next.
  • Keep lead history complete — connect your channels and use transcript analysis so the score has more to work with.
