AI FEATURES
In short: AI Call Scripts writes a personalized call script for a specific lead — how to open, what to ask, and where to steer the call — based on everything already in that lead’s history. Generate it from the AI Call Scripts section on the lead card.
What it is
Before you dial, AI Call Scripts drafts a script tailored to the lead in front of you. It reads the lead’s calls, texts, and activity and produces a practical script — an opener, the key questions to ask, points to address, and a suggested next step — so reps don’t start cold.
Why use it
- Start every call prepared, with a script built for that exact lead.
- Ramp new reps faster — they get expert-level talking points instantly.
- Consistent quality across the whole team.
- Personalized, not generic — it reflects the lead’s real history.
Before you start
- Connect an AI provider (ChatGPT) — see AI in Voizee: Overview & Setup. Until then, the panel shows: *”Connect an AI provider to generate personalized call scripts from this lead’s history.”*
- The richer the lead’s history, the better the script.
Where to find it
Open Leads and click any lead to open its lead card. Find the **AI Call Scripts section and click Generate call scripts**. You can regenerate any time the situation changes.

How it works
When you click Generate call scripts, the AI reviews the lead’s timeline and drafts talking points tailored to where the relationship stands. The script is saved so it loads quickly, and you can regenerate it whenever the lead’s history has moved on.

Tips & best practices
- Read the AI Summary first, then generate the script — summary for context, script for the actual call.
- Treat it as a starting point, not a word-for-word script; adapt as the conversation flows.
- Regenerate after major updates so the script reflects the latest history.
